You can continue to support the Alport syndrome Foundation in many different ways including a future gift by including a bequest provision in your will or revocable trust. A planned gift can also be made by naming the Alport syndrome Foundation as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy or a retirement plan.
Many planned giving strategies may have a greater tax benefit to you and your heirs than others. Leaving a gift to the Alport syndrome Foundation, Inc. a 501(c)(3) organization classified as a public charity and exempt from federal income tax, may reduce the estate tax burden on your heirs. Please consult with your financial advisor or attorney to learn which strategy might be best for you.
A charitable bequest will allow the Alport syndrome Foundation to continue its mission to support research in order to find a cure for Alport syndrome and assure future generations of a brighter future.
