Educational Materials

Educational materials are currently under development, however, a pdf file of our brochure is available below. This brochure provides a summary of the Foundation and our mission and vision statements, a brief summary of Alport Syndrome, contact information for members of our Medical Advisory Committee, information on how to donate and what donations are used for, and how you can help us.

This brochure can be printed and handed out to physicians or others in the medical community, as well as patients and families. The brochure is legal size (81/2 x 14), so when printing please size it to fit the page under your printer function. You will need the free Adobe Reader to view the brochure.
